The Piston Process
Step 1: 100% Laser Inspection of the as-received OD ensures the correct amount of material is applied, thus yielding the finished dimension desired.
Step 2: Computer-controlled application of the Permanently Bonded Band material.
Step 3: 100% Laser Inspection of the OD ensures the desired finished dimension is obtained after process curing the band material.
Step 4: Apply Permanently Bonded 100% pass-thru gauging of each finished piston to assure the piston meets Form-Fit and Functional requirements prior to packaging. Band material via computer controlled metering.
Step 5: Product ready for assembly.

Till now we have produced so many different types of shock absorber pistons with the diameter from ø20mm~ø50mm.We make PTFE discs and toolings in our own factory,can control the quality effectively and also can save much time.
